+Staff is friendly, location is good, no bugs, refrigerator was cold.
−The toilet flushed slow. There were no pillows with pillow cases. The pillows had shams on them. Does that mean they was the shams after every stay?

+There was no breakfast included. Why do you ask?
−Put a blanket over each bed. There was no blankets available. Only a very deteriorated and broken over bed cloth. There was a dead small roach over the refrigerator. One of the glass windows was partially open. The shower curtain was broken at the top and needs replacement. When I claim the next morning about tha lack of blankets the front lady said that they don’t put blankets because there are people that don’t like blankets and that you have to ask for them. You imagine at 2:30am going out to ask for a pair of blankets. That is ridiculous.

+Every time we have stayed here it has always been clean and well maintained
−It is close to the casino which is why we come to Immokalee. Also very quiet and easy access right off the main road.

“It's not pretty but it worked for one night.”
+It is an outdated and old motel primarily used by the workers that pick fruit and vegetables that I could gather. The AC was cold, it had a microwave and mini fridge. I tried to book a room at the casino but the cost was too much so I came here for one night.
−If I'd have booked a room at the casino only 3 days earlier it would have cost me $30 more. Which is a nice way of saying that what I paid for one night here was too much.

“In town for business”
+Quiet and comfortable. Location was safe and right on main road.
−A little outdated. Room was remodeled with a lot of character; however, furniture was from the 80's.
