“Call to get info.”
+Clean rooms and accessibility to almost everything.
−We were not informed the pool was closed. If I had known as it was really hot and we were hoping to enjoy some pool time knowing it was closed i would of booked somewhere else. Air conditioning was horrible not working right so it was a hot 2 nights. Beds were comfy though.

“It the best”
+First of all went thru hotels.com and it was called the inn on the parkway…so had a time finding it, never mentioned it was under renovation.. we stayed on the bottom floor.. constant humm in the bathroom.. not water pressure and no hot water.. not a pleasant shower.. breakfast was sliced maple sausage.. toast, bagels.. waffles that only 1 side of machine worked and very very slow.. gave up.. oh cereal and yogurt.. very disappointing.. room was clean sort of.. baseboards needed cleaned, furniture needed cleaned replaced, beds were comfy.. would i stay again? No first hampton inn i was disappointed inn

“With the few issues we would give them another try.”
+The rooms were roomy and clean. Because we had our 2 dogs we used the tag they gave us to let staff know when dogs were in room. We had to set our trash bags and towels out side our door which was not a issue for us. Breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with it. Staff was outstanding.
−Water, they were under construction and that was fine. Our only issue was water, it was only lukewarm at best we dealt with it because of the staff. They were very sorry. It was a situation that caught them off guard, and only affected half the building. When we checked out they refunded part of payment without us asking.

“Could have been better”
+Not much, the receptionist couldn't figure out the 2 rooms, she almost gave away our room. the rooms were on different floors. Check in was terrible, delayed because a booking issue and a water issue, the pool was closed ( disappointing for my grandson). Breakfast was OK, not very healthy, all sweet rubbish, only oranges and no plain yogurt everything was highly processed and unhealthy. 2nd day the receptionist was better

No tissues in the bathroom container, issues with the lighting and the shower didn't work,.

“Great extended weekend stay for the value!”
+The location was great, plenty of seating for the free breakfast, plenty of parking, loved the fire pit by the pool, loved that it was pet friendly! Staff was super nice!
−Only thing they can do better on is the breakfast bar, needs fruit options and some type of eggs to go with the sausage.
