“Exceptional!”
+Our stay was soooo worth it. Even though they had some renovations going on during our stay we really didn’t hear any noise or anything else. Staff was very friendly. Location is exceptional really, even though you are in a noisy city you don’t hear so much noise. Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed it!

“Beautiful hotel with amazing park and swimming pool, very friendly staff, great food and spa.”
+Beautiful hotel (rooms are a bit outdated), the park and the swimming pool are superb. Staff is very nice and the spa/massage amazing. The different restaurants are good and offer a lot of options to explore indonesian food. We loved it and definitely recommend.
−Rooms are a bit outdated

+loved the breakfast, rooms and all facilities. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We had to put an extra bed in our room at the last minute and it was no problem at all. Thankyou!

+We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, but breakfast was truly a highlight each morning. A special shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Azalika, who did an amazing job looking after us. Her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and bright smile made every morning special. We truly appreciated the top-notch service and would love to return!

Non abbiamo comunque segnalato nulla all'hotel.
