“Recommended if you stay in Prague. Great place!”
+Everything. Hotel is very cute, location is nice. The room was very spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. The staff made also the difference as they were very welcoming and helpful.
−The hairdryer got overheated quickly. We had to call housekeeping to get a new one but they were very efficient at bringing a new one.

+Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, ruhige gute Lage

“We had a great 3 night stay in a centrally located hotel.”
+Clean, airy accommodation with air conditioning and heating. Pleasant staff and excellent choice at breakfast in the underground atmospheric breakfast room.
−We booked for 3 nights and went as a party of 4 females. We requested 2 x twin rooms preferably on the same floor level. One room contained a double bed ( not ideal!) and small shower room ( not ideal but perfectly adequate ) and the other accommodation was a 2 roomed suite with 2 King Size beds and a large bathroom ( fantastic! ) and was 2 floors higher up. We were offered separate rooms for the first night and a standard twin room for the following 2 nights. So whilst the accommodation overall was good none of us had been allocated what we had paid for and the discrepancy between the 2 sets of accommodation could have been a bigger problem

“Great stay at this hotel with terrific staff from reception to dining staff.”
+The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Complimentary wine was a nice touch. The breakfast was really really nice, obvious effort made to accommodate all. Quality of food was good.
