+The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Shinjuku. The room is spacious and clean. Great value for money.
−There is a weird smell inside the room.

“Bubble Era aesthetic”
+The location and staff have made this trip amazing. The rooms are generally bigger than the average Japanese hotel room.
−Mattresses and pillows could be better, but they work.

“Don't stay here. At all.”
+Its location is about five minutes from the main area where you will spend a lot of time. Staff were great. And the room was fairly large by Japanese hotel standards.
−Once you get past the exterior and the reception area things go down hill. Fast. The room is a mess. Tired decir with lampshades visibly bent out if shape, a bathroom that's seen better days, possibly twenty years ago. The place needs a revamp top to bottom. The bed was so soft it felt like a waterbed while the pillows were as firm as concrete. Going back to the bathroom, the bath tub itself had a soft, 'spongy' feel to it when you stood in it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone until it gets a much needed refurb.

“Bom custo x beneficio”
Se for ficar nessa região, vale super a pena.
