“Bern visit”
+Lovely room with a fabulous walk in shower. Katrina was most helpful when we checked in.
−The small lift was quite slow and was also used by the housekeeping staff

“Great location next to the old town and the train station”
+This hotel was right next to the train station and on the edge of the old town. Excellent location for visiting Bern. Staff were friendly. There’s a co-op nearby for inexpensive meals if that is important. We did not eat at the hotel
−It was pricey, but I can’t say it was any more than any other hotel around

“Great hotel”
+The location is great, the staff is helpful and professional, the room is large and well furnished, the bathroom is great too.
−The lift with the heavy door. The wifi could work better I suppose. The air conditioning's interface was strange.
