“There are much better places to stay close by - SAVE YOUR MONEY!”
+The location of the hotel was excellent, but the hotel itself was a huge disappointment
−Nothing seemed to work. The ceiling light bulb was burned out, but they immediately replaced it. The two built-in reading lamps on the headboard were broken and literally falling off the wall. The toilet flushed when it wanted to. There was hardly any water pressure in the sink...just a trickle. The shower almost scalded me, and I had to finish rinsing the soap out of my hair with bottled water. There was NO cold water. NONE. Another concern for older visitors is all of the incredible uneven surfaces in the hotel that are trip hazards. I stayed only ONE NIGHT. I went to the desk next morning and told them I couldn't stay and let them know the problems. And, that I wanted a refund. I received a message from them while I was in Merida (in Spanish) so I didn't understand it. When I got home it had said come to the hotel for a cash refund, BUT I had paid with my credit card. Since I was already back in Florida, I contacted them via Whatsapp, explained the situation. I did this TWICE and have never heard back from them. They owe me approximately $80.00 U.S. Save you money. There are much better places to stay.

“awesome , great stay have better doors”
+the property was downtown and that was amazing , everything was very close from out hotel ,
−we always had trouble opening the door of our room since it was a very old rusty door and we always asked for help

“Cómoda, justa por el precio pagado, pero con falta de seguridad en la pueta y sin estacionamiento.”
+Lo que mas me gustó es la ubicación, es perfecta para disfrutar del Centro de la Ciudad y los cuartos coloniales los hacen frescos y cómodos.
−La cerradura de la puerta de entrada estaba rota, el ruido de la calle es demasiado desde muy temprano el ruido de los vehículos, el estacionamiento solo es nocturno y tiene costo adicional de $75 y fuera del horario nocturno $25 por hora, para ser un hotel en Centro es indispensable que consideren el estacionamiento.

+Aire acondicionado, comodidad de la cama, espacio del baño. Muy cómodo para quedarte unos días para llegar a descansar después de divertirte y pasear.
−Que se fue la luz, creo, fueron fallas de la zona pero ni se sintieron por qué no estuvimos mucho tiempo cuando se fue.

+Es agradable, el aire, agua y tv funcionan bien. Tiene buena ubicación y dejan pasar comida de fuera a la habitación.
−Se escucha todo lo de afuera, de los demás visitantes.

−No encontre en el personal de la recepcion la buena voluntad para facilitarme una cama king size dado que le explique que iba para celebrar mi aniversario de bodas.

+Únicamente la cercanía al centro.
−Las camas están terribles y termine con una lumbalgia ya que se sentían duras y los resortes. El.baño con hongos al.igual que las cortinas, la ropa de cama pero que las sabanas del imss.

“Decepciónante”
+Lo único rescatable es la ubicación está como a dos o tres cuadras de la plaza principal
−Está muy sucio , ves cucarachas por las instalaciones, luego decía que cuenta con estacionamiento y al llegar descubres que no es así y en el día te cobran 22 pesos por hora. Las camas muy duras y los controles del televisor ni servían !! Jamás regresaría !!
