“Overall, Rather Disappointed”
+1. Staff entirely pleasant; 2. Rooms OK (nothing special).
−Location quite far from city centre; Dogs evident in this hotel; 1 of 3 rooms booked had NO air conditioning and no way to prevent insect ingress; Breakfast disappointing - ate here only 1 out of 4 mornings; Daily housekeeping in bedrooms had to be specifically requested and didn't always include fresh linen; Hotel would be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Rather disappointed overall.

+1. Staff entirely pleasant; 2. Rooms OK (nothing special).
−1. Breakfast disappointing, hence we ate it only once during 4 night-stay. Ingredient items mostly decanted from cans / cartons / packets. Coffee uninviting/uninspiring. For the number of hotel guests, it wouldn't take much to upgrade service delivery, including fresh pastries, breads and jams; 2. Major disappointment that 1 of 3 rooms we'd booked had NO air conditioning and no way to prevent insect ingress. Limited mains mains sockets to plug in electric fan as well as phone chargers. This aspect wasn't made obvious in advance, and we would have chosen elsewhere had we known. For such a location in South of France, this rendedred the room unventilated, uncomfortable & unpleasant; 3. Daily housekeeping in bedrooms had to be specifically requested and didn't include fresh bed linen during 4-nioght stay; 4. Dogs evident around the hotel; 5. Location a long walking distance from centre. Overall, this hotel was rather disappointing, but could be easily improved with not that much investment.

“A very comfortable stay made so much nicer by the very freindly staff, we would certainly go back”
+The reception staff made us very welcome and could not do more to help. He carried our luggage from the car to the room and insisted on helping us when we checked out

“Cheap, peaceful and basic”
+It was safe and quiet
−It is quite a distance outside the medieval centre and few nearby nice restaurants or cafes. It is up a steep hill so you need a car. The rooms are small and the duvet was stained.

+Sur la route depuis les Landes vers l’Ardèche, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel Robinson répondait à l'essentiel de nos besoins. L'arrivée tardive nous a permis de gérer notre arrivée au mieux après un rapide échange par téléphone avec le réceptionniste. Une chambre spacieuse nous attendait pour nous reposer avant de reprendre la route. RAS et merci pour le petit café avant de reprendre la route !

“Hotel I. O.”
+Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sauber. Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer.
−Restaurants nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Teppichboden sollte mal gewechselt werden.
