+The price is very good
−The furniture is very old, although the bathroom wasn't bad. The reality did not match the photos on the website at all. On our first day, as we were leaving the hotel, we saw police next to a car with a broken window. The vehicle was parked just 5 meters from the hotel entrance. According to booking description, overnight hotel parking costs 15 euros. In this location, it’s more of a necessity for safety than a luxury. I’m not sure it’s fair to charge such a high price in an area this dangerous.

+Отель находится рядом со станцией Местре , поэтому быстро и удобно добраться до Венеции, как на поезде , так и на 2 автобусе (остановка рядом с отелем).Неплохой классический завтрак.Все необходимое в номере имеется.
−Заселили в номер, с неубранным туалетом, но администратор сразу же дала на выбор еще 2 номера для переселения. Номере по фото и в реальности отличаются. Ну и конечно за такую стоимость, которую мы заплатили , считаю дороговато для этого отеля.

“Good value for a very short stay”
+The location is fantastic with only a few minutes walk from the train station and several restaurants nearby and it’s perfect if you want to be away from the super busy area and have easy access in and out of the city
−The beds were extremely small, but comfortable. I can’t say that anything was really bad, but I would not book this hotel for more than one or two nights stay max. The rooms are small meanwhile, the bathroom is decent size.

“Décevant, hôtel sans âme, ni souci de l'hospitalité.”
+Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la gare. C'est bien là le seul point positif.
−Nous avions réservé un emplacement de parking à 15€/jour pour notre grand van 9 places. Arrivés sur place, on nous désigne une arrière cour très exigüe, en partie occupée par le véhicule d'un employé qui a refusé de le déplacer pour nous faciliter l'accès et le stationnement, nul ! Confort des chambres très moyen, pas très bien entretenues, petit déjeuner minimaliste avec uniquement des produits industriels, pas de fruits, pas de pain frais. Etablissement qui n'a d'autre ambition que de remplir les chambres avec des touristes.

“Ce n’est pas le meilleur qualité prix !”
+1- Les dames à la réception vraiment très gentille. 2- super Emplacement: Tellement bien situé, a 3 min à pied de la gare de train & bus, près des restos et Market. 3-La salle de bain était très propre. 4- Suggestion de verre en carton pour le café (to go out)
−1- La chambre est mini: aucun sens pour 2 personnes avec nos valises. 2- le petit déjeuner fait l’affaire mais très basic. 3- Quelques minutes après arrivée nous avons trouvé une bibittes à carapace sur le plancher… probablement parce qu’ils laissent les fenêtres ouvertes pour aérer. 4- je me suis fait piquer la nuit par des puce de lit. 5- j’explique cela à la dame de la réception en lui demandant du spray contre les bibittes … elle m’offre un drap supplémentaire changer mon lit. Le drap qu’elle m’apporte est propre mais taché de sang. 6- Pour le rapport qualité prix c’est extrêmement cher. J’ai payé 137 euros la nuit et cela ne vaut pas ça du tout

“Excellent location near Venice”
+Excellent hotel nice and quiet. Very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Suited us down to the ground, we landed late at Marco Polo and after a wait caught a taxi for 35 euro to the door . Quick check in and a good night's sleep. What's not to like.
