“average”
+the pool was amazing, its a thermal pool and the water is naturally very hot. This was not mentioned before. the garden was beautiful and the breakfast area had a lovely view.
−the room was small, and is in need of repair , the shutter wouldn't open. The whole place could do with a look over.

All’hotel Oasi ci si sente a casa.

+The location, the pool area, and the value for money.
−The check-in and check-out experience was pretty poor. No additional information and it felt like they did not know we had the booking in the first place.

“Terrible management and extremely poor treatment of guests”
+Good location and cute property. There was a very nice lady serving at breakfast
−The room was dirty, and the floor was so dusty that our feet turned black. The shower was uncomfortable, and the sink tap was leaking, with water dripping all the way down to the floor. We had a triple room, and the small bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress. Breakfast was limited. However, the main issue was the complete lack of management and the way the situation was handled. We had made two separate reservations for two consecutive nights because the same room type was not available on Booking.com for both nights. We explained this upon arrival, as we knew we might have to change rooms. The receptionist told us that the room was the same, so we figured that the hotel had arranged for us to stay in the same room for both nights. The following morning, we unexpectedly received a whatsapp message telling us that we had to move to another room. We explained that we had specifically been told at reception that we would have the same room and that we were not prepared to check out, as all our belongings were still unpacked. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, the staff were extremely rude and blamed us, claiming that we had misun

“Ottima”

“Lovely place and Location”
+Pool’s water was warm, volcanic-kind water. The manager was absolutely lovely, she made us feel at home. Location is good, not far from the portside. Would stay again.
−My only complaint was related to the room shower. Water leaks outside the box, plus the shower head spits water due to a missing rubber. Bathroom can get messy alright.
