“If we'd had a fan , we would have been ok. But as it was, this was not a good value. Bed was comfortable, bathroom”
+Location , easy stroll to food and shops.
−One window blind was broken before our arrival. That related also to the warmth issue. With no AC, and no fans, we had rundown open all night to try to cool our second floor room. That was a bit noisy and uncomfortable.

+Generally a nice, attractive facility and well-appointed rooms, with the exceptions noted below.
−My room was cold, and there was no way to adjust the temp. I didn't realize until the next morning, when I saw the closed window shade moving a little bit, that my window had been open all night! It wouldn't close all the way when I tried. The other room where my grandson and his wife stayed was hot all night, they said. They found a tower fan but it didn't work. Then they found a portable heater with a fan-only setting, so they used that to help stay cool. I didn't see a portable heater in my room, but I surely could have used one! -- There was no staff on-site. They texted me with a door entry code and info about where the room keys were. That was fine, but there was no one on-site to help with the issues described above.
