+Friendly staff, nice food (both the a la carte menu for dinner and the breakfast). Parking available on premises, checkin was smooth; you can also pay with vouchers. There is an elevator available - very useful if you come prepared with a lot of luggage :) We arrived in the evening (around 8.30pm) but we were still able to order dinner in the restaurant - food was quick to serve and tasty.
−Not all balconies have privacy, some are in a L shape, giving very little privacy to the inside of the room situated right in the corner. We had no issues with the neighbors, but it might make it less convenient to leave blinds open to see the mountain view if you can - instead - see the neighbors.
