“Neglect client's requests.”
+The perfect hotel before but this time !!!
−The first time stayed in hotel five years ago was perfect however this time the room was hot like hell no aircon working and the staff allocated us the new room after several times of complaints so our family including infant suffered the heat untill 11 pm since we checked in. my mom's room floor and walls were really wet like water was dripping off but no action taken by the hotel staff after several complains expect wiping floor so she had to live in wet room. after two days of staying in wet room, she ended up really sick.

“Warm friendly boutique style hotel with great staff that is fantastic value.for money!”
+Fantastic value for money. Stylish hotel with very helpful and welcoming efficient staff.. The bar and restaurant has a wonderful ambience where it's easy to spend several hours comfortably. The food is of great quality and is renowned in Yangon for being first class.
−Nothing to dislike!

“A great base to explore Yangon.”
+A very nice and friendly hotel - a good base to explore Yangon. Just outside the noise and bustle of the main area, but only a 5-10 minute safe walk to shopping malls etc. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful, especially for anyone visiting Myanmar for the first time. Rooms are very clean and modern. Air-conditioning. Filtered water from a machine on each floor. Nice bar and restaurant/
−Restaurant plays music far too loud, especially during the day. That's it

+The location, between Sule-Pagoda and Schwedagonpagoda, the beds are very good, all is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Tiri Noe, she speaks good English!

+Персонал на ресепшене.
−Ресторан при отеле. Украли AirPods, видимо во время уборки номера (в один из дней).

+The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar, room service is fast. Excellent gym facilities.
−The wifi was patchy at best.

+Location and cleanliness
−First hotel in my life I that i didn’t give 10 points. Yes, the room was clean, the vibe was cool. But poor front service. The shower gel nd shampoo were in very small package ppl with long hair would use up just in one shower. So I asked for more set of them at 17:00 then wait in my room but by 18:30 I still could not take shower bc none of room service had come to give me the shower and shampoo. So I tried to call the front desk from the phone in my room but no one answered. Thus I had to walk down to the front desk myself and ask for the damn shower gel and shampoo at 18:40 without having showered from whole tired day of walking in Yangons hot climate in afternoon and rain in the evening, while I also had booked dinner at 19:00. There’s no enough time for me to do make up and get dress properly like I intended. There’s more issue while checking in, the front service said they’ll bring our luggage to our rooms, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and nothing happened no one appeared therefore I had to go down and picked the bags up myself. So try at your own risk. If your expectation from hotel is good service and hospitality, you might seek other hotels available. And the WiFi
