“Great”
+Location of the hotel was great! Many restaurants within walking distance, train station 10min walk and Duomo anouther 10 to 15min walk. Emmanuele at the front desk was great! Friendly, always giving us tips of where to eat, visit and overall great front desk agent.
−Bathroom was a little small but expected for Europe

O hotel está numa rua be”
+A localização é incrível!!

“There are bugs in the room. The window doesn't close.”
+The man at the reception was very nice, probably the only good thing ai can say about my stay.
−There were a lot of bugs, especially at the bathroom. The window didn't fully close, so we had to put towels to avoid the cold air to enter. The pillows were uncomfortable.
