+Excellent location, just a short walk from several bus stops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were the highlight of our stay: friendly, welcoming and quick to assist with anything we needed.

“Tres satisfaisant”
+This was my second year staying at Hotel Charles, which overall was very satisfactory. However, I would have preferred a shower rather than a bathtub, as it would be more practical. Regarding breakfast, there was less variety than the previous year; on the final day,Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.,certain items, such as milk and fruit juice, were not available.
−Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel for its quiet atmosphere and the professional, reliable service at the front desk.

+Comfortable and clean accommodation. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. They explained how public transport works and what places are worth visiting. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy.
