“The services provided by the restaurant, and Ayushi on particular, are very good. Although the ambience is a bit old but”
+The services provided by the restaurant, and Ayushi on particular, are very good. Although the ambience is a bit old but the hospitality is pretty good. The food quality is excellent. The music was a bit subtle. Overall it was a very good experience.

“Extremely Disappointing & Unhygienic Experience (1-9 April Stay)”
+Stayed at this hotel from 1st April to 9th April, expecting true 5-star standards, but had a shocking & unacceptable experience. One morning during my stay, I woke up with painful rashes spread across my face and eyelid, likely due to insect bites in the room. I had to rush to a doctor for treatment & even after 4 days, the condition remained painful and irritating. What’s more disappointing is the hotel’s response. Apart from a basic apology & offering a room change, there was no real concern shown. No manager reached out, no proper investigation was communicated & no effort was made to ensure guest safety or accountability. This is far below what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Extremely frustrating & disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before staying here.
