“Fantastic location, breakfast and vista.”
+Beautiful main facilities and great breakfast. Very good location.
−Room was a lower basement room and was a little dark/ could do with updating but this is being fussy! Car parking was so helpful but directions weren’t clear.

“Needs some work...”
+Nice view of the hotel/mountains from room/balcony. Good breakfast. Parking nearby.
−NO HOT WATER DURING OUR STAY!!! We were not informed by reception when we checked in, and had to ask why the hot water wasn't working. They responded that a plumber was coming the next day and asked us to run the shower for 15 to 20 minutes, following which a small amount of hot water arrived with very low water pressure. This continued for our whole stay of 3 nights... Air con only turns on when the doors are shut so the rooms are quite stuffy. The worst part was that the staff didn't seem concerned about any of this.
