“not a very good experience”

−I booked through Booking.com and warned them I'd be arriving late at night. In the late afternoon, they informed me I wouldn't have a room and that they'd help me find another place. I arrived at 2 a.m. and, like a family with two small children, they told me there was no room and to find another place. They sent me to a nearby hotel, at double the price, and there they told me there was no room in all of Tirana due to a concert. Good, let them raise the prices, don't let those who had booked regularly and normally get dumped because the price was lower. Let travelers know this, and let Booking.com know this for those who use the booking site.

+The hotel is nice, renewed and very clean.
−The staff was confused and instead of looking for the reservation she kept saying the reservation didn't exist based on my name. Also I reserved a triple room and I got a room with 2 single beds. The hotel is disorganized in that sense.

“Ok”
