“We only stayed one night due to another destination. It was really lovely”
+Good location, very clean & modern. The staff were so lovely & accomodating nothing was too much trouble The breakfast was very good.
−As it was on the fourth floor, we had to use the lift which was very small, but this would not stop me booking at this Hotel when we come back to Florence

+The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. As this is a family-run hotel, you can really feel the personal touch and the great attention they pay to every detail. The location is also excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Florence, making the hotel both comfortable and very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.
