“A disappointing stay that fell well below Hilton standards, with an unpleasant room, unresolved bill”
+The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were generally helpful and courteous.
−My stay at the Hilton was worse than expected and fell short of the standards I have experienced at other hotels of the same brand. The room had a stale, stuffy smell, and the air felt heavy and unpleasant to breathe, with a smell resembling refrigerant. On top of that, there was no way to ventilate the room. The views were terrible, overlooking the road, and the location itself was in an unattractive area. However, the biggest issue was being charged twice. When I reported this, I was told that the finance team would look into it, but I checked out without receiving my money back. I later received an email stating that the refund would take 14 days, and I am still waiting to get my money back. It is unacceptable to have to chase a hotel for a refund after being charged twice. Transportation was another major disappointment. The prices were the highest I have paid in India so far, including at other Hilton properties, and the drivers seemed more interested in taking advantage of tourists than providing a proper service. They would bring guides who were primarily interested in taking me to shops, or, when I explained my itinerary, try to redirect me to tourist-trap stores where they

“Amazing experience big thanks to Mr. Pankaj who manage the fitness area with professionalism, kindness and happiness.”
+I would especially like to thank Mr. Pankaj, who made my stay even more enjoyable. He took the time to explain all the gym equipment and guided me through my fitness sessions with great kindness, always smiling and happy to share his passion for sports. He was also very helpful around the pool and spa area, taking care of the sun loungers and making sure everything was in order. His kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference to my stay. Thank you, Mr. Pankaj, for making my experience at the Hilton Jaipur even more memorable!
−This was my first stay at the Hilton Jaipur, and overall, I enjoyed my experience. The facilities were good, although the service could be really improved.

“Well resting nest that I needed from my work fatique.”
+I fell very sick and during breakfast, they made me spiced ginger tea, ensured that I had soft and safe nourishing food. Check with Shimistra was excellent and the travel services with Sonu was great, till my ride to the airport.
−Some of the bins in the rooms are rusted, perhaps needs some oiling or seen to. The hotel slippers were unfortunately of cheap quality, which is what we use alot in the room.
