+L'appartement est convenable, conforme aux descriptifs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, l'hospitalité et les bons conseils de l'hôte. Avoir une voiture est conseillé.

“Its was very good until this smell and pest problem started”
+Big flat , beds were comfy, not far from town as there is a AC bus service to City , every thing is available walking distance , Also there was a gym near about which charges 30 Derham for a session .
−The smell coming from the toilet and throughout the property has become unbearable. It has reached a level where I was unable to sleep at night because of the strong and unpleasant odour. There is also a serious pest problem. I found a cockroach inside the fridge, which was extremely disgusting and unhygienic. I have also noticed other insects inside the house. These conditions are unacceptable and are having a significant impact on my ability to live comfortably in the property. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed urgently, including investigating the source of the smell and arranging appropriate pest control, blanket had a hole in it also bed sheet was not clean . if it is looked after its a good place .

−I have left the apartment even I didn’t finish my period booked and it Was to much far and not comfortable to stay there specially that area was dusty and noisy and not secured and the shower was cold toilet smells bad …etc

+I liked the fact that this place was in the proximities of the beach, the city centre and some very interesting places to visit to less than one hour's trip, like Anza beach where the dinosaurs' footprints are, the old kasbah, the bulls' caves, the sand dunes of Tamri beach, Paradise Valley, the killer point or the Cap Ghir Lighthouse. And just 3 hours drive from Marrakesh!
−Just the fact that there were no basic toiletries, despite mentioning it on the website. Lacked of decent dinner service or cutlery. But I am sure if you ask the owner Omar, he will be willing to make it up to you. And the noises the fridge makes!!

+Omar was a very friendly host. The apartment was huge, marble floored, very comfortable beds and a balcony
