+Adequate size and modern with good facilities
−Location was poor. Although only a 20 minute walk from the train station the neighborhood lacked much appeal and suffered from lack of stores and restaurants. Also checknin is remote. This is more of an apartment and definitely not a conventional hotel.

+Convenient location - about 10 minutes walk from Hiroshima station, and on bus route. Great layout, with 4 western-style beds, separate lounge area (with 2 lounges), good kitchen supplies.
