“Praktische Unterkunft in Pankow Heinersdorf”
+Gutes und sehr ruhig gelegenes Quartier. S-Bahn und Straßenbahn sowie Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auch innerhalb des Gebäudes ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.
−Dusche im Bad (im Zimmer) ohne Kabine oder Vorhang (ist ok).

+Die Unterkunft war günstig und mit dem ÖPNV relativ zentral gelegen - wenn denn die Bahnen bzw. der Schienenersatzverkehr fährt...
−Das betrifft Berlin überhaupt: die Straße war dunkel, der Gehsteig mit vielen Stolperfallen. Mir fehlte die schwäbische Kehrwoche und Sauberkeit. In der Unterkunft habe ich Lappen und Geschirrtücher vermisst - Schwämme sind Bakterienherde. Ergo waren die Gläser im Schrank verkalkt, ebenso der Wasserkocher. Habe mir noch überlegt, ob ich das putzen soll - habe es dann aber gelassen und einfach nicht benutzt.

“Hidden gem”
+separate apartments are expectedly large :) I think, I could bring a horse(not allowed haha) and it will be a place for it Clean, a quiet place(regardless of quite plenty of other inhabitants at the moment) Good options for commuting
−Nothing, actually Location is a bit on down side - not that much cafes/restaurants nearby, but that's not the hotel's fault for sure

“Pretty, roomfull and very clean.”
+Massive room, beautiful window view, very clean, and very quiet. There was a mini fridge in the room and a kitchen with all the appliances you might need.
−There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself. However, it is quite on the outskirts of Berlin. I arrived late in the evening by public means, and there were less than 10 min walk; the neighbourhood is a bit dark and quiet. As a female solo traveller, it felt dodgy; HOWEVER: note to all the other female solo travellers: IT IS SAFE. We might feel uncomfortable with dimmer lights, but it is safe.

“A good option for the price”
+The room was very simple, but had all the necessary facilities (private bathroom, fridge, table, wardrobe). Having a shared kitchen (microwave, oven, etc.) was very convenient for avoiding eating out every day. The WiFi, which seems to have been added recently, was fast and worked like a charm. Self-check-in was very straightforward. The location is good, with the train station, tram/bus stops, and a supermarket nearby.
−Questionable cleanliness of the towels.
