−The A/C is really close to one side of the bed, and blows right in your face, but it's a small room, and the bed was really comfortable, so not a huge deal!

+I like how the property was close to everything and that it gave a motel vibe but with it revamped.
−The room was dirty. There was so much dust on the floor boards, daddy long legs on the corners of the ceiling, and dust everywhere.

+Shower was good
−Smell was not great and overall outside appearance was old and run down. Looks like a 1960s motel overall. Expected more for over 200 dollars a night.

“Good Accommodations for a Great Price”
+The check-in and check-out being virtual was very convenient. The location is excellent. The room was nice. It was great value and accommodated our needs nicely. I would stay here again.
−The room could have been cleaner. Visually it looked very clean, but the floor felt dirty and when my pillow fell on the ground it had hair on it when I picked it up. We logged into our Hulu account on the TV, but the TV kept switching to Prime. Not sure why, but it seemed like it was connected to another system.

+The property and room were done well with laminate floors, retro fridge and microwave, ironing board, nice shades and retro, colorful patio furniture.
−Found dead tiny roach on bed next to my pillow and 3 on the floor at the foot of the bed. At least they were dead. Walked into the bathroom in which the lid was up and urine on the rim. Inside the toilet were 3 live, tiny roaches that I flushed. Later smashed live ones on the bathroom floor and on the shower wall. There is mold or mildew along the side of the shower floor. There was something that was reddish brown on the mirror. The sheet and bottom liner kept slipping off in the top corner of the bed that was closest to the far wall. Outside in the little sitting area the ashtray was dirty with 5 cigarette butts. I had to wipe my chair to remove the fine dirt before I could sit down. The parking lot was clean of leaves, but the sitting area was not clean of leaves and tiny ants were in the leaves being a nuisance climbing my legs. The toilet ran slightly and had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the sound out, and I understand old toilets are hard to maintain. The rooms are not maintained.

“Disgusting place that should be closed for sanitation.”
−There was hair all over the bed, pee stains on the bed, bugs in the blanket. It was so filthy we left for another hotel.
