“It was okay for the price”

“Inexpensive place to stay, there were some unhoused and some Linemen staying there. very blue collar”
+It is an affordable place to stay while back in the area visiting family and friends
−Desk staff could be nicer but i guess they deal with drug addicts all the time so they just seem rude.

“Not worth the money”
+The beds were comfy. The room was clean.
−The room was very outdated, smelled very musty and when we turned on the air it smelled very strongly of urine. So we had to suffer being hot all night. When we checked out in the morning there was nobody there to check us out just a bucket to put the room key....

“Terrible Management/Owner - Stole my money, I had no room.”
+Nothing at all. The woman was trying to accommodate me; she seemed very nice.
−They did not give me a room. I came to the room and they gave me a room on the 2nd floor, but there no elevator and I have a knee injury from my military service in the U.S. Marine Corps. So, the lady tried to help me by giving me a different room but it had an extremely strong smell of drugs and chemicals. When I told her, she knew about it and told me that she would give me an outside room for $10.00 more and as soon as I agreed a man came out of the back office, with and angry look on his face, push the woman out of the way and told me to take my money and the business card that the lady asked me for and leave. He then threw the card in my direction. He told me that they gave me a room, but I didn't want it (2nd floor). He said I should have read the fine print and to try to get my money back from Booking.com. After that experience, I will NEVER use Booking com to find a room. Afterwards, I had to go out and find another room while totally exhausted. This man, this manager stole my money, because he didn't refund my money and that is theft. They had 1st floor rooms and he yelled at me and refused to give me the room, even though I agree to pay the difference. He treated me as if

+Very close to downtown area. Right between a McDonald's and a Speedway gas station.
−Staff was not very friendly. Smelled like an old hotel.

“Absolutely horrible and will never go back.”
−Whole place looked unsafe. Ended up not staying and went to another hotel. Wife felt uncomfortable and she felt unsafe at the property. Hotel had multiple doors that looked like they had been hit with a hammer by police breaking in with a warrant. We went and stayed at a nearby hotel.
