“Miserable!”
+Miserable hotel, dirty rooms, breakfast that they leave for you in the hallway at the entrance to the room, for which they knock on your door to announce that you are in prison 😂. The position is good but I do not recommend it. Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at.

“Dirty, unfriendly and unorganized hotel with horrible breakfast”
+We stayed 2 nights in this super bad place and had a reservation for a 3rd night with early check-in. Once we arrived, the old guy at the reception Was very unfriendly, had no rooms available, ignored our reservation and did not even try to help us out or apologize for this bad situation. We had no bed in the middle of the night. This was a very rude and disrespectful behaviour. Beside this, the other 2 nights were not pleasant - it's a dirty, old, unfriendly place where breakfast is served to your room consisting out of 2 dry breads (forget about a veggy option) and hot coffee in a plastic bottle (yummy plastic softeners). Thankfully we ended up in a better place and could have a more pleasant stay in Lima. Avoid Esperanza Hotel, it's a place just to make money without any heart for detail or the guests.

+Perfect location …value for money . Great staff . They provide hot water for tea and coffee 24 hours . Breakfast is served in your room , due to Covid . Beds were perfect .hot water in the shower was very good Thanks for making my stay so comfortable

“Excelent value for money”
+I just spent a week in Miraflores and stayed at the Hotel Esperanza. It was a perfect place to stay within walking distance to the center yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cosy and ni unnecessary frills. To sum it up: Great value for money! Only two stars but for me it was more like five stars. I've been coming and going to Lima from Iquitos for 17 years and much regret that I didn't know about Hotel Esperanza from the beginning but from now only this fine hotel is for me.

+Le wifi ne marche pas très bien, et le petit dejeuner est franchement mauvais. Mais le quartier est dynamique avec des boutiques et restos

+Chambre très sombre même en plein jour Porte de douche cassée Pas d'ampoule pour la lampe au dessus du lit Le verrou a du être changé car la porte ne fermait pas Et top du top, la chambre devait être a 15 degrès donc on vous prête un chauffage d'appoint mais payant !

“Thanks a lot for your help, I will never forget it!!”
+During the tragedy of COVID-19 I settled in this hotel for 5 days but unexpectedly because of the announced quarantine the frontier was closed and I had no money to stay in this hotel. But gratefully the manager Max left me at the hotel for a nominal fee, brought me food and take care of me in every way until my departure and won't leave me hungry on the road providing me with much-needed food on the way home. THANKS to all the staff because they were extremely effective in order to be able to help me making arrangements with my embassy and airline in order to be able to catch one of the last flights back home!
