“Déçue du rapport qualité prix de cet établissement ce n’est pas ce à quoi on s’attendait”
+L’emplacement Réactivité du personnel
−La propreté et l’hygiène des équipements (matériel négligé (draps, brosse wc, douche, poussière toiles d’araignées etc)… le pompom : les moucherons qui viennent prendre leur douche avec vous et qui font leur vie sur vos serviettes de bain, dans les wc etc … La mauvaise insonorisation des lieux (très très bruyant) Wifi très peu perceptible (certes ce n’est pas la priorité en voyage mais quand la 5g ne fonctionne pas on aimerait un wifi décent) « Suite SPA » mais il s’agit simplement d’une baignoire classique avec remous, rien de plus

−Attention hôtel TRÈS BRUYANT !!! il ya un ventilateur industriel en vis a vis de la terrace qui toune en continu! L’eau chaude est disponible après qu’elle chauffe dans le chauffe eau que coude es mette en marche! Le dernier soir je n’ai pas eu d’eau du tout et personne n’a pas répondu aux appels ou messages. Je vous déconseille vivement vraiment. En plus la vue sur l’agora est très partielle.

+המיקום מצוין וזה בערך הדבר היחיד הטוב שהיה
−קשה למצוא את המיקום בלילה הנהג הסתובב רבע שעה ולא מצא - זה נמצא בסמטה פנימית. היינו בחדר בקומה 1 ולא הייתה מעלית ואמא נכה הייתה צריכה לעלות מדרגות עם מקל ומזוודה וזה לא היה רשום בשום מקום. אין אף איש צוות שמקבל את האורחים, הכל בשירוצ עצמי עם קודים שמבוגרים מסתבכים איתם ובמקרה הגיע איש בטחון שעזר לנו להיכנס ולמצוא את החדר (גם להדליק את הדוד צריך ללחוץ על כפתורים). ארוחת הבוקר במסעדה סמוכה למלון - היה נעים וטעים אבל יש לשים לב לקבל תפריט מותאם למה שכן כלול בארוחה. כי אכלנו ארוחת בוקר ואז אמרו שאכלנו דברים שלא כלולים ורצו תוספת - לא הסכמנו לשלם ולמחרת ביקשנו תפריט מתאים. היה כתוב שיש שאטלים אל ומשדה התעופה - בפועל על המונית מהשדה למלון לא שילמנו אבל מהמלון לשדה הוא ביקש 60 יורו ואמר שזה לא כלול ולא נתן לנו לרדת עד ששילמנו לו.

+Très bon emplacement en plein centre d’Athènes. Literie confortable La vue sur l’acropole est très agréable
−L’établissement est présenté comme un hôtel avec petit déjeuner inclus ; après avoir payé, on comprend que le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant à côté, où l’on doit faire la queue comme n’importe quel client qui viendrait à l’improviste (pas évident quand vous prenez un avion). Par ailleurs, la chambre est extrêmement mal insonorisée et il est impossible de s’endormir sans boule quies ! Enfin, les portes sont vétustes (elles se ferment très mal) ainsi que la cuvette des toilettes : elles mériteraient d’être changées.

“overall loved this place. would book again now that we know how to work the water heater”
+The room was adorable. Location was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. We had some trouble with the door code initially until we go the hang of it. Also the water heater was not working so we took cold showers, we couldn't figure that out until the last day. Staff was helpful

−The people who i tried to communicate were not helpfull. The noise from the street is so bad you cant sleep and if you Can ignore the Noise. The room is so hot because the air con doesnt cool. Down the room properly you. Are just sweating and cant sleep ... if you want a hot shower you have to press a button to heat up. The water but you cant shower for more than 5 minutes else the water goes cold so when we went out for dinner we had to eat the water i would have a shower than my partner needs to wait for the water to re heat. To have her shower. I wouldnt recomend this place the price we oaid you. Can stay at central hotel where the breakfast is amazing. The room is icy cold and you can shower alll day no issues for the same price this place was a dump. Only good thing was being do close to. Acropolis
