“Not a good place for a family stay.”
+Location was good.
−Staff Service was super bad, and the food wasn't worth the money at all. For example, we ordered a Mac & Cheese, which cost 2400/= for a single portion, and it came out so bad. It was too salty and didn't taste like the dish itself. When we told them about it, they took the dish and came back with the same dish preheated. Our two kids ended up in bed without eating anything. When we called the staff, they didn't answer. And the dining area was outside. we were listening to some music, must say not too loud. They came up saying neighbours are complaining, which we can't accept because they had not mentioned all those rules and regulations at the beginning of the booking confirmation. it was our Awurudu holiday, and it's obvious that we need that relaxation and freedom to enjoy.

+We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ella Sobaway, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was seamless, and our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The comfort of the bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the stunning view from our window was an added bonus. The location was perfectly set to have a beautiful mountain view and provided a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. Above all, the outstanding service truly set this place apart. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend Ella Sobaway to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Ella. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!
