+The hosts are very kind people, the breakfast each morning was massive and the location is nice and peaceful but Ella is only a 10 minute walk away

“Superb!”
+Such a lovely place to stay if you're planning to spend a few days in Ella!! The host family are just amazing: genuinely kind and always ready to help. The room is huge, super clean and with lovely views from the private terrace. If you want to stay in a 5 stars place do not hesitate to choose Ella Festoon since the standards for Western people are completely met. Breakfast is not just amazing, though it's incredibly neatly presented. Just a great place owned by an exceptional and careful family!

“Amaizng home stay experience!”
+Ella Festoon is the most perfect home stay accomodation we have had in Sri Lanka so far. The owners are the most lovely people, the place was clean and tidy, and breakfast was amazing. Also has a great shortcut to Nine Arch Bridge.
−Nothing, the accomodation was perfect. I would say it’s not on the main strip, so we have to tuk tuk up to the centre, but we didn’t mind this, and preferred being in a more quiet spot.

“Perfect stay with delicious breakfast”
+Very clean place with the best and most generous breakfasts I had in Sri Lanka. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and the view from the balcony is beautiful.

“Parfait pour nos attentes”
+L'établissement est un peu mais pas trop loin en dehors d'ELLA ce qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Notre hote nous a recommandé un tuk tuk pour nos excursions qui correspondait à nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner est tout juste incroyable, le meilleur de tout notre séjour au Sri Lanka et difficile à rivaliser et à tout finir.

+We loved our stay at Ella Festoon. The family who run the homestay are lovely and very helpful. The room was great, with super comfortable beds and amazing views. The location is perfect - it is far enough out of town to be very peaceful, but only 10 mins walk from Ella town (via a shortcut) or a short inexpensive tuktuk ride. The breakfast was fantastic and we were even provided with takeaway bags for the items we couldn’t eat. We would definitely stay here again.

“Super lieve en fijne homestay”
+Super lieve mensen, fijne locatie zowel lopend als met (eigen) tuktuk, mooie kamer met fantastisch uitzicht. Eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam, liepen de eerste keer mee naar spoor voor korte route naar het centrum, kregen een zakje met vers fruit mee en regelden heel snel laundry service. Het ontbijt was super uitgebreid en lekker.
