“The worst I’ve had in 4 years of travel in the area.”
+Cheap. Location is good when not under construction.
−Road closed for construction so no taxi/uber. Poorly managed and unreliable. Cold as windows stay open and can’t be shut. Beds ob pallets. Lots of stairs.

+Good place, good facilities with kitchen with everything you will need.
−Just to be clear it is an apartment and not a hostel

“Nice area but not very clean apt”
+Quiet apartment in a cool area, I loved the variety of restaurants and cafes as well as a big supermarket nearby. The room and bed were clean.
−Common areas were dirty, I told the host and someone came two days later and cleaned the bathroom only, 5 minutes in total, the floor wasn't cleaned. The kitchen was disgusting, everything greasy and messy.
