“Good improvement on the breakfast stations.”
+The breakfast operation has improved since the last stay and feedback. Noticed there is a set of new staff managing the station and the food display is more acceptable vs the last visit in September. It's good the hotel has taken feedback positvely to improve. Special mentioned of few staff who had made the stay more pleasant , Rosalina in Zest Restaurant and Lawa at the Front Desk. Keep it up and I shall return.
−The availability of EV charging station and the notice on how to book. There is only 1 charging station and the station has been booked by a car for the next 2 days leaving the guest with no options.
