−problème de code pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée (et on n'a pas été les seuls pendant les 5 jours)et propriétaire pas très compréhensif pour nous aider alors qu'on était dehors depuis une heure D'aure part il y avait également un code pour entrer dans chambre( petite et rien pour poser les valises) et un code encore pour aller aux toilettes qui étaient sur le paler à l'extérieur de la chambre ça fait beaucoup de codes.... Il y avait un manque d'insonorisation: on entendait les voisins du haut qui marchaient ....

+The location was quiet and easy to walk to everything we needed. The value was great and the space was modern and clean. Three windows in our room meant cooling down the inside temperature was easy to control.

“Good value stay”
+Cozy space in a quiet part of Capital Hill. Close to restaurants, public transit, downtown. I had everything I needed for a short stay: wifi, comfortable bed, clean shower, access to a shared full kitchen and laundry.
−It's a bit hard to find long term parking in the neighborhood during the day b/c a zoned parking pass is needed. The bathroom is right outside of my bedroom with a security code. It's a big awkward to leave my room to go into the common area and then go into the bathroom.
+Definitely a hostle style property, which we were not aware of based on the listing. This is a unit you might want to avoid booking in the summer time as it was insanely hot in the room. We were grateful to do laundry at the property, but it was extremely

+Misleading photos - bathroom is NOT en-suite. The walls are paper thin. Customer service is responsive but unable to actually help with anything.
+Neighborhood is good. Clean and neat. We had lock access problem
“check in /on street parking”
+The code to check in did not work. The door was unlocked remotely. Had to leave door unlocked as the code hours later still did not work. Used hard key. Fighting to find on street parking was very tough and time consuming

+Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!
