+Leider etwas umständliche öffentlich Anbindung.
−Wollen 40$ / Tag für den Parkplatz, aber direkt gegenüber gibt es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

“Hidden gem on the Berkely Marina - highly recommended!”
+Loved the hotel and will try to come back. The only issue is that it's a little hard to get to, but once there, the location is magical.
−One minor point - the hallway smelled like chlorine bleach.

+Beds were incredibly uncomfortable; room and property were well maintained. Enjoyed the view by the water.

“Very relaxing just what I needed to bring in my New Year”
+It was a bit disappointing when my room had no view of Marina after I had reservations a month in advance. I was relocated. I still am wondering could I have had a better view if all was in order in a timely fashion. Yet they arranged my view which I did like regardless. It was my Birthday weekend. Thanks
−I was sold on the breakfast being included in my stay. Unfortunately when we got up for breakfast I was told they do not provide Breakfast🤔. Did not like that

−Title: Poor Hygiene - Both My Son and I Experienced Itching I stayed at this hotel with my 11-year-old son. After sleeping in the hotel beds, both of us experienced itching all over our bodies. It was extremely uncomfortable and seriously affected our sleep. We are very concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding and the room. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and improves its hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

“Great hotel to relax in and much cheaper than downtown San Francisco”
+Great location overlooking the marina, the city of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Good sized room, comfortable bed, pleasant walking close by. Good value compared to anywhere downtown San Francisco and easy accessible from North Berkeley bart with a short taxi ride.
−Bathroom ludicrously small given the space the room has. Meals expensive in the restaurant and difficult to go anywhere else given the location.

“Nice stay”
+View of the marina, the walkway, firepits, room size and of course, the famous Doubletree cookies
−Parking could get crowded so you can be parked far from your building
