+Very good location for travelling to different sides of the city by public transport. The room was very clean and spacious enough to also accommodate 2 big suitcases. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

“Modern and convenient but a bit smelly”
+Good communications, located in nice and quiet area, modern and clean, comfortable beds, quiet and efficient aircon.
−No TV, strange smell in the room, no hooks for hanging things, no art in the art gallery.

+Rooms were small but clean. Staff were lovely.
−Paying extra for coffee? Breakfast wasn't good at all and was expensive.

“Loved the experience, thanks a lot!”
+Loved the general look and feel of the place, very friendly staff and great lounge area and coffee bar. Room was small but functional and well lit. Easy commute to central tokyo and shinagawa. Very easy for business travel
−The room could have been a bit bigger / have a desk to work on, that's the only thing I was missing. The good shower and privacy more than made up for that.

+The location was nice and quiet but still accessible to the city.
−Nothing. The property staff were so accommodating and helpful
