“Great location”
+Excellent location, within walking distance of the museum area and close to tram and bus routes. It is a student area, so quite lively, especially at weekends. We had no issues with noise, but were in room away from the road. It does mean there are plenty of places on the doorstep to eat and drink. Our room was huge with a large bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. It has a slightly quirky family-run feel.
−The reception closed at 9pm. The breakfast was nice but a bit limited - no cooked items. There was also no kettle for drinks, or refrigerator, or AC in the room. It felt like our room had been furnished with a job lot from an auction sale - not quite the style that comes across in the photos.
