+Clean modern room with a great view. Lovely pool. Good location.
−Small room. No mirror in the bedroom. Nowhere to hang wet costumes/towels after swimming.

“Definitely a lovely stay, but some of the access rules were a bit 'un-friendly'”
+Breakfasts were fabulous
−1) Room Service was often not completed until after 3pm daily. This is Quite a bit later than normal and expected. 2) Our family (Daughter son-in-law and children) stayed on a different floor of the hotel and the staff were unable to give us an additional key just to access that floor . . This was quite inconvenient as there were children involved.

“Love the look, facilities but everything about food and drink is extremely lacking and expensive”
+Pool is awesome, location and some staff
−Not a good variety of food both for breakfast and pool side choices, very expensive food. Childs small burger and chips $20 and very small chips $16. Overpriced. Cocktails by the pool very limited.

“My first visit to Crystalbrook Riley, definitely won't be my last! Well done to the staff”
+Staff, Rooms, pool area, Calypso bar & Location
−Buffet breakfast, was average and over priced for what was available. If you are going to have a pool table in the reception foyer, please maintain it to a reasonable level. the table and equipment were in a poor state.

+The location of the property is great. We enjoyed the pool and the buffet breakfast. Day spa in the venue is lovely, very relaxing and great staff.
−The only thing I didn’t like was the reception service. The staff weren’t very welcoming. Didn’t seem happy to be there. Also the room wasn’t set up as I had booked it through booking.com. (Didn’t set up the sofa bed we had to call and ask for it) Not sure if that’s a communication error between booking.com and the venue

“Würde wieder dort buchen.”
+Die nette Begrüßung, die gute Lage. Wir bekamen ein hübsches Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Schöne Poollandschaft.
−Der Teppichboden, für mich einfach unhygienisch in einem Hotel.
