“Disappointing experience. 3 stars should be removed.”
−We have waited 60 min for check-in. Lady at the reception was there first day and clearly was not trained well. Cards to the rooms did not work and she did not know how to fix it. Stains on carpet and on bedding. Different room than we booked. And we were not the only ones. Receptionist clueless how to fix any of that. Breakfast either very small directly in tiny lobby or in different hotel two blocks away. Definitely not worth the price and the four stars! We were moved to the other hotel Crisol Lumiere after complaining and that one was better.
