“Hôtel très sale”

−L' hôtel n'est pas propre du tout: les toilettes, la chambre, les verres, couverts du petit déjeuner... L'électricité grésille, quand on branche un chargeur sur la prise électrique, la lumière se met à clignoter.

+The receptionist was polite and handled our complaint professional ly, immediately offering us a different room.
−We booked a last-minute one-night stay here with the family, but unfortunately, it was a really poor experience. When we walked in, the room wasn't even the category we booked. Worse than that, it obviously hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The sheets and pillows were crumpled up, there was hair on the bed, and oily stains on the duvet cover. We called the receptionist to look at it. He seemed surprised and insisted it was clean, but to his credit, he was polite and immediately offered us a different room. The second room was slightly better, but the hygiene standards were still terrible. The bathtub was dirty and had old human hair left over in the drain area. We had breakfast included in our rate, but after seeing the state of the rooms, we couldn't bring ourselves to stay and just decided to leave early. The guy at reception was nice enough and tried his best, so no issues with him, but management really needs to sort out their housekeeping. I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone. No matter how cheap a hotel is, fresh sheets and a clean shower/bathroom are non-negotiable.

“تعامل سيئ بكل المقاييس”
+لم يعجبني شيئ، يرجى الاخذ بعين الاعتبار ان هذا الفندق يهمه المال فقط هناك شخص واحد فقط في الفترة الصباحية يمكن كان جيد اما الباقي تصرفاتهم مثل المحتالون ويطلبون منك الغاء الحجز من التطبيق لتفادي دفع الرسوم المطبقة عليهم، وايضا الغرفة الذي اخذتها انا ليست نظيفة وليس لديهم المراجعة الدورية للغرف وجدت ملابس داخلية لشخص، الفطور سيئ ايضا لا انصح به

+La posizione è molto centrale ma silenziosa, tutte le principali attrazioni, sono raggiungibili a piedi. La struttura e l'arredo sono vintage. Al 6° piano c'è una terrazza da cui ammirare il panorama. La colazione del primo giorno era adeguata ad uno standard turco, verdura, formaggio, pane e the, in più c'erano i biscotti. Il secondo e ultimo giorno, forse per la mancanza di ospiti, la colazione si è limitata ad un piatto già pronto con un po' di cose scelte dal receptionist. C' era solo il thè e nessuna altra bevanda. La pulizia è buona, ma effettivamente nessuno ha rifatto la camera dopo il primo giorno.
−La colazione del secondo giorno, mi è parso abbastanza triste che non ci fosse la possibilità di organizzare un piccolo buffet anche per un ospite solo. O almeno chiedere se ci fosse la necessità di un' implementazione o aggiunta di prodotti. Inoltre in camera non c' è nulla, né acqua, né bollitore, anche se c'è il frigo bar, vuoto.
