“Very disappointed”
+Nothing. Room was discusting no doors on wardrobe or cupboard. Bathroom sink dirty.
−Dirty, smelt funny. Decoration in room was just blobs of paint threw on the walls. No lift to the top floor ( where our room was)

“Outstanding Customer Service.”
+We originally booked the Atlantis hotel around the corner for 2 nights and when we got there it looked like a bomb had dropped in there. So we searched for another hotel and the calypso came up and we took it last minute and it was the best thing we ever did. Even though they could only fit us for 1 night they went above and beyond to get us in one of their sister hotels 6 doors down (The Myrtle) for the next night. Thank you so much calypso for everything you've done. I just wish we booked with you in the beginning. The Goodfellows.

“You get what you pay for”
+Central location and staff were very nice
−Extremely dated, ceiling tiles were water damaged and hanging down, shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold, screws stuck up on bathroom floor and door plate. Metal bar that holds divan base together was stuck out and not fastened to anything. Was very dangerous and would have cut my leg open
