“Would stay again. Good hotel. Nice staff”
+Good facilities. Central location to shops and cafes.
−Faces highway. Highway was noisy, but with windows closed it was quiet.

“Do not stay at this 'resort"!”
+Good size rooms
−Total loss of power all night, or turned off! No one to fix problem. No on-site parking available for 6 guests. Had to park 200m from site in the rain. Disheveled reception staff. No breakfast available as on-site restaurant closed until 10am. Resort advertisement is misleading: restricted power, parking and restaurant availability.

“Great location, okay rooms.”
+Location was great, room had most things needed for a stay
−The room had a musty/not clean smell to it, some of the dishes weren’t cleaned properly. I know they can’t help it so much but other guests were really loud and disruptive at 3am.

+Good for two separate couples to share.
−There are a few maintenance issues . Did contact reception and maintenance fixed the issues needing immediate attention straightaway.

“A passable place to stay but I would not go back.”
+Apartment was comfortable.
−It was very noisy due to the freeway outside. The dirty smeary windows made the apartment feel unclean.

“Clean, location good.”
+Location good, very clean units and pool. Staff helpful. Plenty of parking. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was very clean and nice.
−This is only our experience, but the housekeeping trolleys need new wheels. Extremely noisy and why they were pushing them along at 6.00 am beats me. I did ask the office about it and they did stop the next morning.

“Room cleanliness and price”
+Pool area and location was excellent
−Rooms were small, dirty and extremely run down. We found toe nails and rubbish in our rooms. Room photos are old and DONOT show how rooms look now. Very disappointed by paying $950 for 2night stay in 3room loft
