+БРА Первоклассный отель! Мы останавливались в 101 и 102 номерах на две ночи (с 13 по 15 сентября 2025 года), и это было незабываемо прекрасное впечатление! Мы жили в роскошных номерах, где всё было безупречно и исполнено большого вкуса. Изысканные интерьер и обстановка продуманы до мелочей с использованием технологии «умный дом» (управление через планшет). Всё - новое, удобное, красивое, безупречное, практически идеальное! Запомнились знаки внимания в честь нашего приезда: бутылка шампанского в ведёрке со льдом и стоечка с маленькими пирожными. Приятно было обнаружить в ящичке под кофемашиной разнообразные сорта чая, кофе, орешков, печеньиц и прочих сладостей, а в ванной комнате - качественные туалетные принадлежности. Великолепен завтрак в отеле (нам особенно понравился «японский завтрак»). Изысканное меню, прекрасные сервировка и подача блюд и великолепное обслуживание! Официанты угадывают ваше малейшее желание, их не видно, но они появляются сразу, когда нужно. И, кстати, очень приятно было то, что официанты обслуживают вас в белых перчатках. “Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, manchmal etwas laut”
+Kleines super modernes Hotel an fantastischer Lage. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal im ganzen Hotel.
−Leider war unser Zimmer direkt „über der Bar“. Am Abend (Freitag und Samstag) haben wir die Musik bis fast gegen Mitternacht in unserem Zimmer gehört. Am nächsten Morgen um 6:45 Uhr wurden wir dann wiederum mit Jazzmusik geweckt. Nachdem wir das gemeldet haben, war am Morgen darauf keine Musik zu hören, am 3. Tag aber leider wieder das gleiche. Ich hätte dem Hotel gerne 10 Punkte gegeben, da wie gesagt das Personal und die Lage super sind, aber die „Lärmbelästigung „ hat uns dann doch etwas gestresst (hatten noch extra für ein ruhiges Zimmer angefragt).

+This is a very small, very elegant hotel with incredible service. The staff are very generous with their time and with their amenities. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

“Super”
+The manager tried really hard to make us welcome and ensure we enjoyed our stay. ( which we appreciated).The spa was great, as was the complimentary meal on the roof terrace. The Mrs enjoyed the singer. The bed was very comfortably and everything was spotlessly clean.
−Minor stuff, The room is all tech’d up, craved a normal light switch + the tv isn’t great but they did have an iPad for Netflix’s. I wasn’t really clear we had a compliment meal or how they managed it which maybe more down to me not reading the full t&cs

“A place you’ll want to return to.”
+Upon arrival the staff went above and beyond with making sure we were well taken care of. The level of respect and service, given by every staff member on this property, is top notch. No detail was left untouched. We will definitely return to Bari just to stay at Bra Hotel.
