“Idyllic, best apartment!!”
+So close to the local restaurant and harbour, perfect place right on the sea!!!!! Amazing location could not ask for better!!!

+Evin beton ağırlıklı oluşunu, verandasının denize sıfır oluşunu, verandasında minik havuzunu ve merkezi oluşunu çok sevdik. iskelesindeki merdivenden harika bir denize ulaşılıyor. banyosu temiz ve yeterli. mutfakta kahve makinası ve mini buz dolabı bulunuyor. yakınlarda yürüme mesafesinde super market, bakkal, restaurant, bar, pub, hediyelik eşya dükkanları bulunuyor. 2 günde 1 temizlik için personel geliyor ve çarşaflar, havlular, çöpler değişiyor. genel düzen-temizlik konusunda çok memnun kaldık. bölge çok canlı ve güney bölgesindeki plajlara yakın. araba park yeri için evin hemen yanında ücretsiz bir otopark bulunuyor. ve evin önündeki sokakta da 3 arabalık küçük bir otopark alanı var. ev aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz.
−mutfakta ocak olsaydı kahvaltı hazırlığında kullanırdık.

“Lovely sea view!”
+This is the perfect location for exploring Kardamena, perfect to sit outside and take in the sights, sounds and the sea whilst being in your own comfort and only a few steps from the sea.
−We stayed at this property 4 years ago and we can see it’s become a little tired, a lick of paint and some new outdoor furniture would sort this quickly!

“Prachtige locatie, accommodatie heeft onderhoud nodig.”
+Locatie, uitzicht en dompelbad.
−Achterstallig onderhoud. Slechte kranen, kapotte wc bril, laken dat gaar is, leuning ligbedje deels kapot. Laatste dag spoelt de wc niet door.

+The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. The pool had green slime round the edge. Overall I felt the place could do with a good clean. Very basic facilities

+I loved the location, pool, the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. It was even better in person. If im ever in Kos again I would definitely rebook this!
−The only reason i dont give it 10/10 is because the cleaning lady didnt come one day and its okay but I ran out of toilet paper, shampoo and trash bags and I really didnt want to be purchasing it for my last day in Kos. Other than that no complaints.

+Excellent location.
−Not enough attention to detail of small faults...For example..Loose taps..both sunbeds broken and pool looked grubby with lots of sand in bottom..Some areas looking tired which should be addressed at higher end accomodation and prices!..

“Not bad but value for money could have been better”
+Nice location, amazing view, huge space
−Not clean enough, balcony is full of insects and dust. Same for the kitchen appliances, a bit unhygienic. Water pressure was not the best. No possibility to hang your wet clothes, we had to use the chairs.
