“Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan Boeing”
+Ontbijt was wat je verwacht bij B.W., goed. Kamer was ruim, maar wel een beetje gedateerd. Locatie was voor ons perfect omdat we de volgende dag naar de Boeing fabrieken gingen.
−Kamer was wat gedateerd.

+Location and Staff Breakfast
−The door was constantly difficult to open. The first day the key card died & didn’t work. A staff member had to bring me a different key card set.

“Pleasantly surprised at the really generous breakfast and lovely presentation, the detail and hospitality by the houseke”
+We appreciated the easy location off the highway, the clean rooms, the free breakfast, caring and professional staff, the quiet of this property and plenty of parking.
−There really wasn’t anything objectionable at all!

−There was a big leak in the bathroom that kept dripping in the toilet. I kept trying to get ahold of the front desk and they never answered.

“Subpar Everett freeway hotel at beautiful beachfront resort price”
+As freeway hotels go, it was fine. At that inflated price, however, it was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime, all over the world, and that was probably the largest discrepancy I've ever paid for cost over quality. I grew up in the area and for the life of me cannot figure out why an aging Everett hotel near the freeway is charging more than some beautiful beachfront hotels I've stayed in. What is the draw? To be fair, other hotels in that bracket were similarly overpriced, but that doesn't make an overnight stay there any less disappointing. Rooms were meh - popcorn ceilings? and breakfast was meh. If the price had been reasonable it would have been fine. But the price was ridiculously inflated for reasons that will remain a mystery to me and my Everett resident friends, who were equally shocked at the price point.
−#1 THE PRICE - absolutely absurd 2. It's an old hotel - popcorn ceilings, old fixtures, carpet, bathroom that has seen better days 3. The price 4. Staff was going through the motions and not very friendly 5. Did I mention the price?
