“WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T STAY IN ROOM 106.”
+Location is the best, and it’s super cute.
−Over warm (rooms don’t have individual thermostats). Windows open but there’s a lot of street noise. But the thing that destroyed my whole stay , and especially my rest , was the loud generator-like noise coming from the equipment panel on the other side of my room. When I first walked in to the lobby, I thought someone was vacuuming. Then I realize the noise was constant, and tracked it to what looked like an extra large WiFi/security server thing, mounted to the wall. My room cam with earplugs, but they didn’t help. (Oura says I got 4 hours of sleep). It was the worst. Also, this is an unstaffed facility so there wasn’t even anyone to complain to…

“Exceptional comfort and prime location in DT Ballard”
+Location was fantastic! Right in the heart of DT Ballard and a block from our show’s venue. So nice they had a parking garage ($25 fee for overnight) as street parking was hard to come by. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Our check-in person was exceptionally friendly. We didn’t use them but I believe you get free gym passes to the Olympic club gym next door.
−Shared bath was okay- two toilet rooms (small) and one shower room (very clean). Our room was right on the street so there was some noise but they provided earplugs and the a/c acted like white noise. Room was very small but had everything we needed.

−Shared toilet room not clean, stained walls. Disconnected portable a/c unit and parts in room. Ground floor window open for circulation was needed, however felt unsafe despite a wooden rod propped on sliding window. Bar time noise a little rough. Door opened into bed.

+Location can't be beat. Charming vibes.
−Room was very small, which we expected. However, there was no air conditioning, and the room was street level so it was very noisy having the window open. The toilets clogged very easily and the shower was mediocre.

“Opt for the Ballard Hotel and skip the Inn!”
+Helpful, attentive staff
−Street level room had no buffer from street noise. Window AC unit made it impossible to close the blinds fully and they did not have black out so the room was bright super early. Room was so small the door hit the bed upon entry.

“For me, it was not worth the money - not good enough for what we paid.”
+Convenient location, very walkable around the hotel.
−1. Windows were overlooking the street that's full of bars and it was EXTREMELY noisy at night. 2. Shared bathrooms were not very clean (we stayed in a room with shared facilities). 3. We stayed 3 nights and on the first day our room was tidied up in a usual way (fresh towels, etc) but on the 2nd day it was not. 4. Bed was very soft and plush, to the point where your spine bends and it feels like sleeping in a hammock - which my back did not like.

+The room was was nicely furnished and comfortable. Restaurants and shops were just outside the building.

“Dårlig service - mix av bilder og forventninger”
+Det var ok, men booking.com har blandet bilder med et samarbeidshotell så bildene fra hotellet stemte ikke helt med det som var forespeilet.
−At rommene var så små at vi ikke fikk plass til å åpne begge koffertene på rommet. Vi fikk dårlig med hjelp til oppgradering fra både hotellet og booking.com
