+The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the location was great! Room was spacious and had everything needed.
−The only bummer was that the TV doesn't swivel. Was hoping to chill in the tub and watch my shows! Still sooooo nice to relax, though. :)

+It was quiet and tucked away from the crowds. It was clean and well kept.
−The bed headboard was a little loose and banged against the wall.

“Property was nice but really should let guests know that the amenities are unavailable prior to booking.”
+The room and the property as a whole was very clean. Our suite was very spacious and cozy. The coffee, muffins and yogurt were very nice to have for guests.
−There was no mention of the pool and hot tub being unavailable on their website. We were made aware of the status upon check-in. We were told we could use their sister property pool and beach access which was apx 3 miles away and honestly not convenient. Our first night we went to sit by the outdoor fire pit, but the maintenance man was attempting to repair it. Eventually he was unable to fix it that night. We asked about it the following night and were told that they had to order the part. Part of the reason we chose Ashebrooke is that it was adults only and the amenities looked very nice and we looked forward to using them. The hotel did give us $60 refund off our stay which was fine but being unable to use the amenities was very disappointing and I feel that the refund could have been a bit more.

“Will be returning!”
+The cleanliness of the entire place was exceptional! Our room was huge! Very comfortable. We had an issue with the hair dryer and staff resolved it immediately. I rated facility a little lower because the pool was down. But everything else was great. The evening fire pit was so nice. We met so many people and enjoyed the fire and beautiful evening. Thank you. We plan to do a yearly trip and will stay at Ashbrooke everytime.
−Pool not working. We know it’s temporary.

+Did not eat breakfast there. Pool and hot tub were out of order but we had jacuzzi in our room so not a big deal.

+Loved the patio in our room. Loved the outdoor spaces, especially the fireplace. Loved that it was an easy walk to town.
−Pool and hot tub were closed our last night. I dont know why. Tub shower needs handrails for easier access. Tub floor was a bit slick. Wish we had a view of water and tge sunset from the hotel.
