“Central, clean and comfortable but a little shabby.”
+Great location, easy walk from Central train station. Large apartment, clean, good shower pressure. Very helpful staff, easy check in and out, handy vending machine.
−Hotel was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Apartment had great kitchenette with kettle fridge toaster etc but items were run down - eg only one coffee cup. Bed needs replacing. Bed linens were made up such that the double sheeted doona was too short to cover you and you had to unmake it all to pull more of the doona up.

“Not a good experience”
+Good location
−The price was too expensive, and on top of that, I had to pay extra for parking. and the room was completely different from what was advertised.

+The room was well-equipped and clean. It was a hot day so the airconditioning being turned on prior to my arrival was a nice addition.
−Can't fault anything.

“Refused entry to a hotel that had already been PRE-PAID. Disgusting. Never again !”
+The room and location were fine. BUT...
−I booked this room through Booking .com. When my wife arrived to check in she was REFUSED ENTRY. She was told that she did not make the booking. Even though she had her driving licence as proof SHE WAS MY WIFE. They had to contact me, and I had to change the booking to her name. ( It was Fortunate that I WAS AVAILABLE TO DO SO!) I have made dozens of bookings over the years in my name through Booking .com for my wife and she has never been REFUSED ENTRY before. The Hotels PROTOCOLS needs to change and treat its customers with more RESPECT.
