+The location was excellent and the price was very fair.
−The property itself was excellent, but I phoned to ask about a queen bed (we had booked a twin in error) and the staff were far less than helpful.

“We won’t go back. My husband had to drop me outside the block and then go and park. It was hard to find a suitable spot.”
+Close to Racecourse where we were attending an exhibition
−It had lots of stairs. We requested a change of room as the toilet was downstairs and the bed upstairs in the first apartment but then there were just as many or more stairs in the second one they gave us but at least it was only 3 stairs to the bathroom. The shower floor was very slippery when wet. The shower was very tiny but the shower itself was not amazing. It pointed down quite close to the taps and hard to get washed off. The pump packs in the shower didn’t work. I was able to get out of the shower and get my own soap and shampoo but that meant more floor was wet and slippery. We had trouble using the tv. The freezer is very iced up.

+It was close to where we needed to go
−The staff were rude. Charged me a $200 bomb and $15 per night to park my car. Cost was $860 for 2 nights was booked 2 weeks prior and was tol only 2 left. Got here Friday and the price if we walked in off thr street was $660 and plenty of rooms. no towels in our room. Internet is slow. No air-conditioning in the top level so was warm.
