+The rooms was spacious , comfortable and cozy, with city view. The tea table was beautiful, and the host prepared multiple options for tea. We received fresh milk, and also oat milk!! The host was very friendly and careful with the details. The shared bathroom was impeccable, and as a bonus, the other room was not booked during our stay so we had the bathroom to ourselves.

“A really lovely place to stay in Callander and would highly recommend.”
+We had a lovely stay. The room was absolutely spotless and really nicely presented, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, so we had a great night’s sleep. The host was really lovely and welcoming, and was kind enough to let us check in early, which was much appreciated. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again!

“Excellent central location, very clean and lovely room”
+Very clean and comfortable.
−Road noise was quite high, but location (on Main Street) in busy mid summer period and open window were the real contributors.

“A little Scottish stopover that turned into a hidden treasure.”
+I stayed at Acorn House Hotel in Callander overnight on my way to a Scottish retreat, and it turned out to be one of the loveliest surprises of my trip. I absolutely fell in love with Callander , it’s such a cute, super friendly little town with a really welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly placed right on the high street. My room overlooked the bustling street below, which made for perfect people‑watching. The landlady was kind, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. I would absolutely recommend Acorn House and Callander to anyone visiting Scotland. It’s a little treasure.

“Toppenbra boende i en väldigt mysig och härlig stad!”
+Byn bjöd på väldigt god mat till såväl middag som frukost! Vi tog en mysig promenad längs ån, och tog en tur till ett närliggande vattenfall.
