“Misrepresented”
−I immediately sent a note to you folks that I wanted a cancellation.. I felt it was false advertising. The rooms didn't look anything like they did in the picture on the website.. Total rip-off please cancel that stay. I did not stay there!

“If you’re simply looking for an affordable place to spend the night and get some rest, this is it!”
+It was spacious and quiet.
−The curtains were too small and did not fully cover the window, leaving a noticeable gap\. This allowed me to see outside, which also raised privacy concerns, as people outside could potentially see into the room\. Properly fitted curtains would provide better coverage, privacy, and comfort for guests.

+Management was very friendly. The place is older but well kept and very clean. Walking distance 7-11 for snacks and liquor store across the street.

“Nice staff and very clean place. I felt safe there.”
+Close to old Pasadena area, mall and shops.
−They should have blankets since the ones that cover the bed are not always washed when they change the sheets.

“Customer experience, top notch, great rooms, remodeled rooms, state-of-the-art rooms, amazing price,”
+Wow. The management here is hands down the best hotel management team I have encountered. Not only do they excel at customer service, but they also genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Before I booked, they even took the time to show me the room to ensure it met my standards, which immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. I was amazed by the quality of the room. The bathroom had been beautifully remodeled with a modern walk in shower, excellent lighting, and a great ventilation system. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the large smart TV connected seamlessly to both my laptop and phone without any issues. What truly set this property apart was the level of hospitality. Management remained responsive throughout the night, quickly accommodated my request for extra towels, and greeted me at check in with a bottle of water and candy. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. I also appreciated being trusted with one of the newly remodeled rooms and could tell great care had gone into every detail. The location is another major plus. It is quiet, well maintained, and the surrounding guests and neighbors were respectful, making for a pea
−Trust me, I do not say this lightly: there was absolutely nothing I did not like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the warmth and professionalism of management to the quality of the facilities, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. I was genuinely amazed not only by the value of having a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, but also by the quality of the amenities and the beautifully remodeled room at such an affordable price. It is rare to find a property that combines exceptional hospitality, modern accommodations, cleanliness, and affordability so well. This stay far surpassed my expectations, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

−toilet was kind of dirty, had tagging on the toilet seat, towels looked dirty, and shower didn’t have the best hot water.
