“Great One-Night Stay”
+We stayed for one night from Wednesday to Thursday and were able to go night bathing in Vals as well as visit the Therme again the next day. Was absolutely worth the price. Glenner is cosy small hotel, the restaurant is beautiful wooden room. Staff answered all the questions in advance and was very friendly.

+Hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiterin in der Reinigung äusserst zuvorkommend. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Gutes Frühstück und Kaffee.
−Das Hotel war bei unserer Ankunft vor 15 Uhr geschlossen, ohne Empfang oder Kontakt; diese Information hätten wir vor Anreise geschätzt.

“Soggiorno piacevolissimo”
+Camera grande e luminosa. Colazione buonissima. Bar e ristorante dell’hotel ottimi e personale disponibile e gentile. Ottima accoglienza anche per i cani.

+Die besonders gute Lage, das sehr saubere Haus und das sehr freundliche Personal.
−War von der Küche etwas enttäuscht. Zum einen war nicht der passende Wein vorhanden, zum anderen war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht optimal.

“Really nice place to explore Vals”
+We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant and the access to the spa were definitely the highlights of our stay.
−Just a few small things that could have made our experience even better. There is no reception service before 15:00. We arrived around 14:30, so unfortunately we had to wait outside the hotel until reception opened. Our rooms were on the first floor, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from the kitchen as well as from some guests in the restaurant, which was not ideal. We really enjoyed the restaurant and wanted to return for dinner on our second night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that reservations were required, as we would have been happy to book a table ahead of time.

“Wir kommen gerne wieder”
+Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal, topp Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, Eintritt in die Therme Inbegriffen.
−Der Eintritt ins Bad ist für Hotelgäste 7132 am Morgen ab 7:00h möglich. Wir sind extra früh aufgestanden und waren um 7:00h dort. Nur um herauszufinden, dass Glennergäste zwar wie 7132 Hotelgäste die Therme nicht reservieren müssen, aber trotzdem nicht früher ins Bad dürfen. Es wäre vielleicht gut, dies zu ändern oder klarer zu kommunizieren.
